Bin wasn’t emptied in room or toilet roll replaced.
When we arrived I was informed it was an upgraded room when it clearly was not, then on entering the room the toilet was disgusting and the room smelled so I was moved to the room next door . The next day I left the sign out to refresh the room and was out of the room from 10am to after 5pm and came back to the room not cleaned when I rang reception I was told that housekeeping had finished for the day, the duty manager was nice providing us with toilet rolls and clean towels and I was informed I would get a call the next day. As expected no call so I will not be staying in the Maldron again. A very disappointing experience great location but that’s it.
