Staff were very helpful, I was able to check into my room 2h early and check our 2h late (late checkout fee). Room was large, cold (as I like it) with plenty of plugs including USB on the sockets. Breakfast was good. The best was comfortable.

Nice but noisy

Nice but so noisy! We know it is city centre but as soon as the passers by stopped, the street cleaning started. Suspect there are quiet rooms but nothing advertised/recommend to request a quiet room. Place was clean and fine for a one night stay though!

For the cost, the hotel was poor value. Simple things like batteries not working in the tv remote and the shower being broken does not strike me as 4* facilities. Breakfast was ok but only one coffee machine working doesn’t help. If you want to charge the premium rate you should offer a premium service.

Room was on the small side and TV kept switching off randomly.. Breakfast was good, plenty selection and nice option of table service order for cooked option. Overall nice and clean but I wouldn't compare it that favourably to premier inns I have stayed in, so for me, not worth the higher price than P.I.
