Our 3rd or 4th stay here. We enjoy the layout of the room. Shower door did not stay closed and one light was not working- some wear and tear. Breakfast was very busy during our stay- but we appreciate it being available. We will return!

I am starting to notice that all Hyatt places are becoming rundown. It used to be one of my favorite places to stay at, now it just looks awful and uncomfortable to stay in.

Quick family stop

The hotel it's self was ok, a little wear and tear but still acceptable. It was off by itself and NOTHING was within walking distance. It was hard to get around with no car. The subway was also a hike so we ended up ubering to the city/ airport

We had a rental car so the location was fine for Boston visits. Make sure you add the parking fee to your calculation. Staff is excellent compared to the rest of the hotel. Ramona is an angel.
