A few comments( constructive criticism) 1) toilet seat NOT soft close 2) Toilet paper in very awkward spot behind the toilet3) toilet paper not suitable for humans 4) went to room and tried adjusting heater/ac unit at window and it did not work. Changed rooms s d same problem until we were about to leave and request a third troop and then saw the central thermostat on the wall next to the bed! 5) worlds heaviest door to enter the room Otherwise all good!

Room is great - nice and quiet for sleeping and beds are fabulous!! We swam in the pool and it was warm and clean! My only complaint is that upon check in they did not acknowledge my VIP Perks at all! No mention of an upgrade or the 20% off food at the restaurant!

When we got in last night we checked in and were not offered an upgrade as the VIP program stated and they didn't acknowledge the 20% off for food! We then requested the food coupon at the front desk and she said just tell the waitress about it when you eat. So this morning we told the waitress and she'd never heard of it and the new front desk person said nothing showed up on my reservation about getting special VIP perks! What's going on here?
