We were a little disappointed that this was a top floor condo. Somehow I missed that while viewing properties. So my 81 year old mom had to climb stairs. She was not too pleased with me. The view of the river from condo was great! We loved that! We loved the spaciousness. The coffee keurig quit working and that was a bummer! Overall great property with all the necessities! We never used the amenities because we were so busy checking out the adventures in Branson.

Perfect Branson Condo

This condo was perfect! The full size kings bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms is a little hard to find. The price was perfect, the all Weather porch was the best spot for coffee every morning, and we LOVED looking out over the water. The only downfall would be its on the 3rd floor with no elevator. But as long as you’re able to get your stuff up two flights of steps, you won’t be disappointed. And the management company was so responsive and sweet! They were great. I’ve already shared the link with friends and family! Thanks for a great stay!!

Great location and lots of space

This condo has large bedrooms and overlooks the water. It was well-stocked and just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Last fling of the summer

Awesome family vacation

The condo was very nice. The only problem we had was the sunroom was hot at first. We had two children sleeping in there. But we opened the doors to circulate the air and it got better for them to sleep.

Anglers point excellent places to stay

Everything was clean and put up organized. The fireplace didnt work and couldnt turn on some lights as they are remote controlled. I will be back to stay again!

Family Tradition

We enjoyed our stay with 9 family members of various ages. The condo was breathtaking and nicely decorated for the holidays. Just don’t forget to rotate the shower times so you will not run out of hot water if you have a large group! We are looking forward to renting this unit again.

This unit needs some TLC. It needs painting there is trim missing in places. The shower door fell off while I was in the shower. And in the other shower the knobs kept falling off. This unit has potential to be amazing. The view of the water is great and being close to the dock is great but this place needs some work.

Weekend girls trip

Honestly, the condo needs a deep cleaning and some light maintenance. The place was comfortable and the a/c was great (it was extremely hot outside). The kitchen seemed nicely equipped but we didn’t prepare meals there. The space was great for 6 people. It wouldn’t have comfortably slept more than 6. The daybed on the porch has limited access to Heat & air. The views from the porch are BEAUTIFUL and we enjoyed it there in the early morning. Linens and towels were quite used. Would I stay again? Maybe. It was great to have 3 king beds and 3 full bathrooms. New linens/towels and a deep clean would would make this place great!

Average stay

Property has designated parking spot which was small for our minivan. Backing up especially if another minivan was parked next to ours was difficult. Property was as described. 3rd floor stair with no elevator was expected. Door handle on front door was loose. Wood plank flooring was raised in some areas and separating in areas. I chose this particular condo for the extra sleeping/sunroom area, but it was terribly hot. The ceiling fan did not work to help circulate the air, so it was unusable. The carpeted stairs were disgusting. Needs a good cleaning. I made the family wear shoes at all times instead of barefoot due to gross carpeting and the wood flooring just didn't look or feel clean. All-in-all it served its purpose for us and was at my price point.

Location was great. Right down by the water. Short walk to the dock. Amenities were good. Pool, tennis court, putt putt golf. Exception was the children’s pool was closed. Pros: Condo had nice bedrooms and the loft bedroom was nice for our grandchild and family. Sunroom was nice except ceiling fan doesn’t work. We bought a fan for the sunroom. Cons: condo was outdated. Broken seat at kitchen table, no light under microwave, toilet rocks in middle bathroom, door molding broken off door going into sunroom, sink out in the kitchen and showers weren’t clean, master bath right sink doesn’t drain well. We had a nice vacation. Condo just needs worked on.

Tranquil stay on Lake Taneycomo

Our group of three adult couples enjoyed our time at this condo directly in Lake Taneycomo. Three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and a living room and sunroom with views of the lake directly above the fishing dock at Falls Creek Marina.
