Room was nice, had to call someone about a grill to use, pool was way to crowded with unruly kids only went once because of this. Grounds were well maintained. I would not stay here again because the pool area was like a day care with no teachers

We will be back! The cleanliness of the condo was my first priority and it surpassed my expectations (and I'm very picky!). The location next to the river was beautiful and quiet! Everyone we met in the gated community was so friendly. Use of the fitness center was a plus and short walk from the unit! Having the roomy condo was an added bonus!we

Love this location!

This is our 2nd time staying at Pointe Royal, 1st time in this condo. It was exactly like the pictures. Loved the decor. Super comfy beds and bedding. All basic kitchen tools on hand. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star on cleanliness was due to the shower in the master shower. It was clean, just old and looks like it could use some love. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo Location

We had a quick getaway planned of 2 nights, however had the opportunity to extend it one more night. On day of check in we messaged our hosts and they immediately responded and said yes! We appreciated this so much and at the last minute even. Our hosts were exceptionally responsive from the start. Everything was hassle free from checking in and out to coming and going through the gated community. The area was very well maintained. The condo itself was very clean and the decor was lovely. We had everything we needed. The screened in porch was perfect overlooking the lake. We brought our Pomeranian and had plenty to entertain her and keep her active. All close to the rental, there was a great hiking trail (we saw lots of deer), indoor fenced dog area, plenty of grass and a beautiful lake right behind the rental to walk over to. It was very quite and peaceful as well. My husband got to play golf within the gated resort and we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub near the very nice golf club house. Branson Landing in town was fun and very dog friendly. We truly enjoyed our first time stay at Pointe Royale and all it has to offer. We have it definitely on our favorite list to return!

Very happy with our visit. Extremely comfortable and thoughtful setting. Many added perks- games, bedding and towels top quality. Nicely had holiday decor too,. Basic needed staples and more. We would definitely recommend & revisit. Awesome location too- off the beaten path but not too far. Lake right outside the doors. Beautiful!!

We love the view of the back built-in patio, but it was not heated or cooled, so you really could not enjoy the water or the trees because it was too cold to set at the back patio screened in area, but other than that we enjoyed the home

Fabulous condo and location

Great location on Lake Tanneycomo. I like the layout of the condo. Our only issue was the 2nd bedroom did not have a shade or curtain on the high window, so the light in the morning popped in early. Everything else was just terrific.
