Apollo Hotel is a very good hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is relatively clean, the room we were in is spacious, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Public transport (which is very efficient and also cheap) is just in front of the hotel, whoever wants to use it. On the whole, it was great and will definitely recommend it.

The staff were very accommodating and gave great advice regarding restaurants, transportation and getting around the city. Only issue was loud music from parties in the function room.

Great Hotel for a short Stay

The staff were a bit on the unresponsive side but pleasant enough. The hotel room looked bigger in the photos which was a bit misleading. the choices in the restaurant was very limited, which meant we ate elsewhere every night. Room itself was clean and new towels supplied and bed changed on request. We were a bit mystified as to where the soap went after day one and not replaced. All in all it was a good hotel out of town by only a few minutes and close to transport links

time out

Stayed with daughter for relaxing break. Staff helpful and friendly; breakfast very good choice; cooked, salads fruit etc. Salt cave an experience.15min walk to lovely promenade area by Danube .Bus outside to main areas, Old town etc.Do take trip to Vienna, well worth it; also visit Dunvegan ( lovely views)

Good for a twin city break

A Hotel that does not really target the tourist market, and thus was quiet and not full of "stag weekenders". Being close to the main bus station made it perfect for getting the bus to Vienna. Staff helpful if not very pro-active with tourist information, but this is to be expected from a business focussed hotel, however, if asked, they would be more than helpful. Breakfast included was terrific with a choice for any taste or nationality. The 12 Euro evening meal (three courses) was great value and quality.
