Park the car for the week, relax and enjoy some mountain time! Our two-bedroom two-bath condo is perfect for those who would rather be skiing than driving or waiting for the bus. We are a short three-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the Breckenridge Peak 9 Base. And, when you're not skiing downtown Breckenridge is just a block away!

You'll be walking distance to art festivals, Breckenridge Summer Beer Festival, Breckenridge Food and Wine Festival, and so much more!

This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium at 'The Columbine' sleeps six comfortably and has free high-speed WiFi, so you can stream or work if you must. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed. with a desk and office chair for remote work. The second bedroom contains two queen beds. Both bedrooms offer plenty of closet space. Both bathrooms are renovated with large vanities. The living area contains a comfy couch and love seat, with a rocking chair by the fireplace and a large screen smart TV. The freestanding gas stove is romantic and easy to operate. Head out to the deck to relax amidst the pines. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals with updated appliances, cabinets, and solid surface countertops.

Walk to the slopes for a day of great downhill skiing. If cross-country skiing is more your style take the shuttle up ski hill road and you'll find the Breckenridge Nordic Center just below the Peak Eight base area. Also, just a short shuttle ride away is the Frisco Nordic Center.

This Condo is fabulous in the summer too. We're within walking distance to "The Troll". Breckenridge has an exciting year-round schedule that includes a film festival and summer concerts. Hiking is available right out the back door! Abundant access to National Forests and Wilderness Areas is nearby. A bike path runs from Breckenridge to Vail. Mountain bike trails right behind the condo, with bike rentals available in town. Other activities such as golf, horseback riding, river rafting, hot air ballooning, 4X4 tours, hayrides, and more are nearby. At the end of the day, you can enjoy a relaxing dinner before you hit the hot tub or pool.
