1 it locates next to the busy road so quite noise day and night even in the room; 2 stay one week and they only clean the room once after several following up, 3 give guests 15min notice to pack and check out and following up every 10min even there is more than 3 hours before the check in time of next guests. Hosts were awesome and super helpful. Extra towel provided and also extra bowls and cutlery. Room was clean and the bed comfy. Our first choice when needing a room near Brisbane Airport.

I booked this place for it's proximity to the airport. The self checkin was easy. It was clean and comfortable with some good dining options near by. They offer a shuttle to the airport which I needed. The driver was great, we had a fun conversation. I'll definitely look to book here first next time I need a room near the Brisbane airport.

Close proximity to the international airport. Note, the shuttle doesnt operate on the weekend's and will cease operating from November (as advised). Cost was $20 NZD at 06:30. Would stay again if i had an early flight. Beds extremely comfortable and shower was amazing.

Clean property in a good location. However, all rooms are upstairs and there are no elevators. Secondly we stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned or made up in that time. I asked for it to be done on the second day and we just got new towels and the toilet paper restocked. Not like it’s a cheap place to stay, so I would have thought it would be better serviced than that. Good place for an overnight stay but I would say there are better options for longer terms .

Requested the shuttle to airport 2 days ahead of time and again the day before since they had a stringent message about no early check ins and how to get a key after hours since desk is staffed only a few hours of the day. Never heard back and so the shuttle I needed wasn’t expecting me. Highly frustrating for an “airport hotel” because we book airport hotels for fast convenience and shuttle service. This hotel failed at both.
