The first room we were placed in had no working aircon. They upgraded us to a room that was 2 bed and 2 bathrooms. The issues with this room were numerous. One bathroom door had been broken and would not close. They did fix this. They was a hole, small, in the wall of the second bedroom. The walls had been damaged and repainted a different color. The walls were also stained. The views are magnificent but most of the windows were very dirty. All the staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful

The cleaners didn’t clean the room very well at all. There were stains everywhere and I found a used cigarette bud under the tv cabinet right In the open which was disgusting. The room they gave us had scratches all over the walls and marks everywhere. And the aircon didn’t work in the bedroom which gave an unpleasant experience. And the parking was $45 a night which is extremely expensive. But the staff were very nice. And overall it wasn’t a terrible stay.

Friendly helpful staff. Great views from our room. Lounge was stained and dirty. Bathroom floor was stained, and shower cubicle door was dirty and had some rust around the hinge. Despite this we enjoyed our experience and will book again in the future.

This was our second stay at the SkyTower and we will be back for a third. The view from our room was AMAZING and we really appreciated an upgrade to a higher floor and an extra bathroom from the very helpful and friendly concierge. Parking was easy and plentiful, though the presence of electric vehicles under a high rise was somewhat nerve-wracking. The location in Brisbane is fantastic for eating and sightseeing. Highly recommend the SkyTower for anyone visiting Brisbane.

Was greeted by a friendly staff member nothing was a problem if we asked any questions ,the apartment had a lovely view with all the amenities we required Situated close to the central city with nice places to eat nearby, would recommend it as a nice place to stay
