Property was nice and clean, good walking distance to Queen Street, eateries, groceries, and public transport. One issue we had was the property called us a few days ahead to confirm the reservation. At this point we checked about hiring a cot. However, when we got there we asked about it and it’s like there was no note of our conversation ever existing, so they said they would send one up to our room. Hours later and still nothing, so we had to call reception, they said to come down from our room to reception to sort it out. Then only then they sent someone up to the room with the cot. TLDR: they should’ve had a cot ready when we checked in

Sky high views in a central CBD tower

Fabulous views and location from well appointed high level apartment. Stayed in the ‘Uptown’ levels with great outlook over the river. Only minus- Level 66 pool should have been a highlight- but was not heated and exposed to the elements- so promptly froze!

Our stay there was very good our television cut out into our stay there and we used whats app given to us, and the chap was very helpful, and replaced with new television. Apartment clean, very quiet. Only issue Swimming pool not heated. 🙄
