We had a great stay at the Hyatt regency. Convenient location, great facilities and clean. One of the lifts wasn’t working the morning we left so had to wait quite a while when we had a train to catch but these things happen. Liked the lennons bar, didn’t eat but drinks were good and reasonably priced

Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Everything was clean, room was spacious. Gym was well equipped. Pool area was lovely. Added breakfast one morning for $42pp, which had a great selection and included barista coffee which was great.

Staff were lovely! Had a problem with the toilet making a funny noise - they quickly fixed it. For a 5 star hotel - the bathroom was not clean to the standard I would’ve liked. Loud air conditioning, funny smell in the lift. Room was outdated and small. Great location directly on Queen street, Uber drop off and pick up down alley way. Overall was an okay stay.
