The location was nice and the view was great but that's about all of the nice things I have to say. The staff was unpleasant and seemed to not care at all, the shower couldn't maintain a constant water temperature it cycled between very hot and very cold every 30 or so seconds. The wifi was a mess when it did work it was 10mbps but it only worked 20% of the time so it was like not having wifi. No room cleaning at all during my stay. When I told the front desk these things they just said "okay". No solutions just basically like what do you expect us to do. So like most things in life it's cheap for a reason.

Staff was friendly, space was clean and spacious! Only downside was how slow the wifi was, couldn’t use it for most of our stay which is not good when you’re travelling from overseas and don’t have data set up.

Check in staff were great, the apartment was spotless, the carpet was clean and new, the enclosed balcony was surprisingly big. Apartments seem similar to Meriton suites where I stayed previously but for half the price

The young lady who checked us in was so kind and professional. She gave us great dinner recommendations and we we ate at moo moo’s per her suggestion. We will definitely stay again when we visit Brisbane. Excellent location and pastry shop called whisk across the street.

We said at the hotel for just over a week and loved every minute. The location is great with easy access to shopping restaurants bars and also the train station if needed The room itself was very spacious with good facilities, we particularly loved the good sized balcony area
