She has gone that extra mile because I have a disability that has affected my voice for a few days which made it hard to communicate with any of the staff but she has shown a great amount of empathy which I'm very grateful for.

I've been staying here for a few weeks now. Waiting on an apartment. The staff and rooms are great, feels like home and I'm enjoying the experience. If I had one critical point, it would be that this location would greatly benefit from having a bilingual staff member to help correspond between guest and housekeeping staff.
