Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms quite small - particularly when set up as a family room, but comfortable. Able to open window for some fresh air. Free parking.

The staff were helpful, polite and friendly, rooms and clean and comfortable, bar area was spacious and comfy and breakfast was good. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Poor Sleep

Two disturbed nights sleep, my room was below reception and the kitchen area and each evening there loud noises coming from above informing reception in the morning they had several complaints and they would investigate. It made no difference on the second night of my stay

Great service and helpful staff. Situated next to Apsley Railway Station for easy travel to London. Apsley Lock has a good selection of restaurants and a Pub.

It was ideal for our needs

Ideal for our purpose of visiting family nearby. Also extremely well positioned for a great pub and a couple of restaurants. We had tapas at Darcy’s and it was fabulous.

We had some small issues when checking in our room was not ready but chris on check in was brilliant, he delt with the problem excellently and keep us updated he was due to finish his shift but stayrd till we had been told the room was ready A very professional and valuable member of staff
