Check in was a breeze, room a bit on the small side, yet have stayed in smaller. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of foods.

The room was clean. The staff were quite friendly in a laid-back sort of way. There was a smell of raw sewage near the lift shaft on the fifth floor. Possibly a leak.

The location was exceptional. Easy access to metro and airport transfers. Very walkable to many sights and restaurants. Very nice room with a modern design.

The thing that I didn’t like about this property was the shower. It was extremely scalding hot then a few seconds later ice cold back and forth The front desk was more or less helpful but we had to ask for more soap (when we checked in for our 5 day stay it had about 3 pumps left in it and the housekeeping didn’t change it There is only one working elevator which seems like has been the norm for quite a while and so there were mornings where we waited upwards of 10 min to get down. For all the reasons mentioned I don’t think the price is worth it. With that being said the two positives were the internet was decent and it is a good location transportation wise I personally probably wouldn’t stay again

The bed was comfortable, so that’s a plus. The breakfast was pretty good too. The room is more like a college dorm room feel. No shampoo. Just a combo “body soap/shampoo” No mini fridge (which is my fault for not checking) For the price I paid, it wasn’t great to me. The staff was nice and it wasn’t a bad experience. But the area is a little boring and the hotel was too They had a false alarm go off at 8am and everyone has to jump out of bed to find out later, it was a false alarm.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Ideally located. I would advocate that A/C in rooms could be lower temperature. Was just barely acceptable. (only complaint)
