Ww arrived early and the Hotel was able to accommodate us. Great location and we walked to many restaurants nearby. The public transportation options are also walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's one of the best accommodation in our 4 week trip around Korea and Japan

Convenient n excellent location for shopaholics.

Excellent location. 200m from Jagalchi Seafood Market. There are street stalls selling food downstairs. There is also a shopping street and a 3 minute walk to the escalator leading to Busan Tower. There's also a park nearby. Walking distance to Gukje market. The reception area is on the 7th floor. Short walk to subway and the bus stops.

Cleanliness and overall ok for the price. Convenient location because there were street food just outside the hotel and lots of other food outlets, convenience stores, all kinds of shops, bus stop and subway stop and Jalgachi Market and BIFF were close by,

宿泊した部屋のエアコンが作動しませんでした。スタッフを呼び動くようにして頂きました。エアコンの集中管理室(コントロールセンター)みたいなのがあり自分の部屋のみロックされていたようです。入った直後とものすごく暑かったです。そして、エアコンを動くようにして頂きましたが、エアコンは集中管理されており、設定温度が21〜22度の固定でした。風量は変更できます。ただ、エアコンの電源を切ることができない(外出時も作動しっぱなし)なので宿泊中ものすごく寒かったです。必ず寝巻きやルームウェアを持参することをお勧めします。それ以外は良かったです。ホテルの廊下からは土足禁止なので、自分のを靴箱ロッカーに入れて貸し出しのスリッパを履きます。部屋内で裸足になったりあぐらをかいたりできるので快適でした。タオルは1枚支給されます。足りなければもらえます。アメニティシャワータオルと歯ブラシセットあり。冷蔵庫設置あり。

2泊3日で宿泊しました。2回目です。 スタッフの方は日本語が上手で、不便無く過ごせました。 ルーム清掃の札をドアに掛けておいたのに、掃除をしてもらえなかったことと、警報器が明け方4時に鳴って怖かったことが残念でした。警報器は設備の不具合らしかったので、大事ではなかったのですが、初めての経験でした。

屋上に喫煙所あります 今回は真夏で暑かったものの 景色もよく春と秋は快適です 7Fフロント奥のロビーが快適すぎます 開業以来釜山の定宿です 水廻り 特に排水勾配の造り込みが甘いものの コスパで考えると◎ スタッフがインドネシアン主体になってましたが 感じがよく一切問題ないです 今後も定宿です

買い物するのに良い立地でした。土地勘が無く、方向音痴ですが、周りに目印が沢山あったので地図を見なくても快適に楽しめました。 スタッフの方の対応がとてもよかったです。日本語もわかってくださり、スタッフ間の引継ぎも正しくされていたので、不安無く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 雨が降った時は傘の貸し出しもあるようでした。 煩わしかったのは他に泊まってたの方々のお水/アメニティの独り占めと騒音（部屋のドアを開けっぱなしで大声で喋ったり、何故か私の部屋の前でおしゃべりをしたり鼻をかむ、足音）が早朝から酷かったくらいです。 次回も楽しみにしています。よろしくお願いします。
