I like that the property allows free shuttle rides to their sister resorts Los Cabos and Rose which allow you to get in the water at the beach. I also like that Sunset Beach has many restaurants to choose from. Free upgraded room as well by booking with expedia!

Beautiful property with very friendly staff. This is our second time in Cabo but first at this property. We didn’t enjoy our first visit but decided to give Cabo another try and we are glad we did. We were given a room upgrade and everything was beautiful. My only recommendation would be to include drinks and snacks in the rooms like at other all inclusive resorts.

Unexplained room location f , far from other people of the group . Below average room service . Dirty linen . Toilet got clogged and over flowing at 10 30 pm on my last day !!The maintenance guy could not figure out how to fix it !! Kept me awake till midnight without a solution then sent me a key to the room upstairs to use toilet !!!! Make runs upstairs to a different floor all night or move to a different room in the middle of the night on the last day !! Room service arrived cold and late every time !! The front desk supervises were rude condescending ! When I finally lost it last day over midnight toilet issue which was my last bit of patience - they gave me a measly credit !!! How does that help ??!! I spent all this money for a good service , experience and vacation not a measly credit for my inconveniences at a renowned resort !! And then this was a senior graduation trip ! So disappointed ! Oh and the Quivira steakhouse tip scam is another issue !!! They mislead you over tips !! And then they wanted me give a good review on Expedia !
