Parking is underground, oversized parking outdoors. Rooms and main areas were clean. Staff was welcoming, but I had to contact them about a receipt after using the quick checkout: they had entered my email address incorrectly. Restaurant food is great, as are the staff, with good variety, but a bit pricey.

The king suite was so comfortable! And we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was a bonus to be able to look up from the water and see the Christmas lights on one of the railings. The hotel restaurant and breakfast were both delicious. All of the hotel staff that we encountered were very friendly and competent. This was a lovely hotel experience - one of the best we have had! We strongly recommend this hotel. The only thing to note is that if you have young children, there's no gate or door blocking the pool, which is located on the 2nd floor - so keep kids close when you're getting near the pool area.
