Overall a good stay for a decent price. Although I did leave a day early. Still charged me for the last night I was not there. The hot tub is like warm at best. The hotel is old and outdated. But it’s in a decent location to BMO center. Was there for a 2 day medical conference. $15 each way for an uber. Decent. Mc Ds is super close for a coffee or Tim’s. The staff were very friendly. And the bar attached was pretty. ( just don’t order the calamari) it was nasty. But good beer

Personal opinion do not stay there

The hotel is very old no upgrades, lift was terrible as well as room service staff was mean. One of our bed has 3 sharp metal was sticking out at the foot level and it almost cut my brother’s foot. I had reported it to the front desk.

I would stay there again. WiFi enabled - no issues and I came from the US. This was my first visit to Calgary and I enjoyed the location and the hotel. The parking can be a little tight/awkward if you have to park under the property. There aren't microwaves in all of the rooms, so you may have to pay extra for a room with a microwave. They do have a "community" microwave in the main lobby, which is thoughtful. The hotel elevator was a bit slow and on the smaller side, but I would stay there again, for sure. The room I had was spacious and very quiet, but I also had a corner room. Not sure if it was soundproof or not, but I was not disturbed by hall noise or traffic noise when in my room. Decent room for the price. The hotel offers other great amenities (I can't mention all here) to make up for any viewed potential negatives. They have done a good job. My only true negative was having to park in the underground garage at night once. It was a little scary (maybe because I was alone). Still a very positive experience and I would recommend to another.
