The staff at this location were super friendly and accommodating, the night shift clerk was super sweet and found us a fork at 11pm. Parking was secure, I will definitely stay here again.

There were a couple of things not working (I.e. bathroom toilet, hairdryer, no bathtub plug) that they should have inspected before giving us the room. Also, the breakfast selection was quite dry and bland. However, the staff was kind and let us extend our stay an extra night on short notice. The facility is a bit run down but the location is prime. 3/5

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Wonderful bed. Best pillows I have ever had on a hotel. Hotel appears to have been renovated recently and is nice. Would happily stay again. Room is on the small size but worked easily for the two of us. Breakfast is weak.

Overall good value for the price! Good location.

The hotel was modern and very clean. Only thing was thin walls, even walking the hallway to our room you could easily hear people talking in their room (we were in 3rd floor) our room had an adjouning door to room next to us so the sound really carried!! Also our room was very warm! too warm to sleep properly. If we were staying more than one night, I would have complained or maybe changed rooms. On the plus side the service was great, the dinner in the Buckel Restaurant was really good and the morning breafast also really good! Would recommend and stay at this hotel again for sure! Thanks!

During our stay, we did a reservation for 3 rooms for my family. When we reached for the check-in, it tooks us almost an hour. They have on that day only one receptionist to welcome the guests. During night around 2am the other room was having kind of a party it was so loudly and we couldn't sleep. We called and someone came to ask them to stop. One of the bathroom was not clean at all and my sister has to come in my room to refresh herself We didn't really enjoy our time there
