When charging hundreds of dollars during stampede, please make sure there is conditioner in the rooms. The container that holds conditioner was broken and not in our room. Please also make sure that cars that can actually fit in your underground parking- park down there. There was no room for trucks. We had to park away from the hotel. Was uneasy about leaving our truck so far away. We booked a king room, when we went to check in. They said we had booked two queens, but would “upgrade” us to a king. We paid for a king.

We went for a suite because we had 4 people the sofa bed was aweful and they only had one extra pillow and not a real blanket for the bed. I called for more took 2 calls when we were there late (so there wasn't much going on) I had two under 4 that just wanted sleep and they kept insisting I use just one pillow.
