The hotel itself was in a great location and the lobby was great, but we had to consistently go around the main entrance because the main entrance was closed due to the weather conditions and the room itself was not the greatest. The bathroom toilet kept making a sound every night. The room was a little dirty with stains on the walls or closets and it is very outdated. We stayed on the 34th floor.

We had elevator issues several times. When we asked for help the staff had not been informed so each time they had to scramble to figure it out. They could have just posted something and informed their staff so we could have planned better. Also, it was freezing outside and they would lock all outside doors at the same time. We had to enter via the parking garage. They could have staggered the construction. I'd been there before and was disappointed this time.

In the five nights I stayed there housekeeping only came one day. You had to call downstairs and ask for washcloths! I left my coat in the room and no one has called. Staff at Starbucks on site decide when and what time they serve certain drinks. NOT a place I will EVER stay again. My previous experience was nothing like this one

Dirty, old, elevators don’t work. 45 min to check in. Restaurant closed. Cold in lobby. Room heater didn’t work. Water didn’t get hot. No shower cap, no water in room. Had to go get it which I tried and was closed. Charged a resort fee of 37 dollars for hi h they didn’t say. There should be notice or don’t charge. I will tell everyone not to go there. Ever

The room was so nasty. We were there 2 nights and house keeping never came. Also, our elevators only worked ONE time. The rest of the time we had to use the service elevator and even it hardly ever worked so we were forced to take the stairs and we were on the 23 floors. Everyone was super rude too. Worst experience Ive ever had at a hotel.

Room was old and dirty. We were locked out of our room 2 out of three days because the keys didn’t work and the lock didn’t have proper batteries and security took forever to arrive to open. Elevators had broken screens. Restaurant didn’t have a set schedule.
