The lobby was under construction. There was no common space to sit or wait. Check in took an hour as the line was incredibly long. When over 50 people are in line to check in, there should be more than 2 people working at the desk to get them service. Other than that, the staff were kind and friendly.

It is centrally located and the gym is huge for a NYC hotel. On the flip, check in is long and you can’t use the Bonvoy App. They are also completing renovations so it’s dark. I can say that aside from check-in, everyone is quick to respond!

The property was a construction site with various areas closed. There was one person on checking so that took half an hour. The trash had not have been emptied in the bathroom in the room and the TV did not work. Whilst it’s a very good location it was an awful experience

Everything was nice. Make sure to leave enough time for the elevators, since during busy times you can wait 10-15 minutes for an open elevator. I was frustrated with the additional fee at check in for activities. Yes, a credit is issued, but we were only there for a night and were unable to use it. With all the expense of the room it didn't seem necessary or should have been included in the initial cost.

The staff and hotel were great. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable . Location is great, lots of highlights within walking distance. My only complaint is the rooms do not have a mini fridge. All in all it was a great stay and I would go here again.

We booked through Expedia- the hotel sold our double bed room to other guests and we had three adults listed in the room. Upon arrival they refused a refund, a discount AND a roll away bed- no way to remedy the situation. Forcing 3 adults to share a bed or sleep on the floor. They blamed Expedia - Expedia blamed them. NEVER AGAIN! this ruined our vacation.

Good hotel, but horrible mattresses.

The hotel in general and the staff were wonderful. The beds were absolutely horrible. The mattress was extremely soft and mushy. I could not get a good night sleep at all on the mattress. I spoke with several others in my party and they felt the same way. Not sure when they were last updated, but the time in NOW!!
