Staff was courteous and quick. The room was OK EXCEPT for a bathroom that smelled severely of mold-mildew. The musty sour smell was overpowering and unmistakable. The curtains and shades did not operate by the pull chains. The lamp between the beds had non-operational outlets. I booked through Expedia and the method of specifying how many nights’ stay seemed counter-intuitive, and caused a mistaken booking the first time around. The location was convenient to the financial conference at which I exhibited.

Biggest room I’ve ever had in NYC. Staff was very helpful. I wasn’t wild about the outside noise level but it’s NYC. I’ll stay here again and just bring ear plugs.

The hotel was okay, my room was a little dirty and for the price I pay I was expecting a better room. The bathroom was licking and a little dirty, the mirror was dirty too. But the worst thing for me was the unexpected fee they charge in the check in. Almost 300 dollars more than what was on the reservation. They obligate you to eat breakfast at the hotel (and charge you 35 dollars by day).

This hotel needs a major upgrade. Everything was fallen apart and or needed an upgrade. Sink faucets were loose Shower drain was slow. Charging stations connected to lamps did not work. Lamp shade broken and no mini fridge in room.Walls were scratch , needs a new paint. Bathroom walls were not wiped down. I expect this type of room in a ghetto neighborhood not in Time Square!!! I was promised a room at my arrival time 5AM and was not provided a room until 4PM I advise in advance I would be taking a red eye flight for accomodation but they ignored my request & gave me 2 free complimentary coffees only to be told I couldnt use them on "Starbucks products" I would NOT recommend this hotel at all!
