Our room was so clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful- we ate at the Hudson Market and the night bar. We loved the location to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. The elevators were a bit congested and it took some time to get up and down to our room during busy times. But we would stay there again!

Facility is close to Times Square and in a great location unless you drive. This was hard to get to by car due to congestion and also no parking. Long wait time to check in. Otherwise ok. Rooms were clean and comfy

Staff were rude and not helpful, I reserved a room for my family and we had to stay on different floors than my children. The staff was not accommodating. The refrigerator did not work and the front desk lied about a voucher for drinks and food. We were charged additional charges.

I've used Expedia for a couple of decades now and I feel i need to speak up about this simple overnight stay in a city I know very well. 1. We were given a $35 meal voucher for the onsite restaurant. Only we could never use it bc they were so understaffed making it more than difficult for anyone to be served let alone find a seat. People werent being moved in and out! 2. Elevators weren't working well. Left in plenty of time to walk to a show but arrived 2 mins to bc of the elevator situation. No stairs for guests to use? 3. The check baggage line always had 20 or so guests waiting to check a bag. We didnt even try. We had to bring our luggage to the show! R U kidding me? 4. Parking--what a mess. Guys working hard, believe me. But the wait was intense! The price you, Expedia, showed us online was $85 for our 1 day stay. You know how much they charged me? $173! Holy crap!!!! For 24 hours? They told me it was bc I had an oversized car. I did? Its a 4cly Toyota Rav 4. Same size as a Camry.where waa this written in my paperwork? Why wasnt I told? $644 for one night stay plus $173 to park a car still for 24hrs on property? Worse than Disney World, Expedia! I want restitution! I am a fabulously consistent member. I dont deserve this treatment!

There were major issues with the elevators during our entire stay. It was worse at check in time every day. There are not enough elevators! One day, it took an hour for me to get to my room on the 40th floor. My husband climbed the stairs. We always had to add extra travel time in case the elevators caused a delay. This caused very much frustration with all of the guests, especially since we pay extra for a high floor! The market and restaurant/bar were always overcrowded. The staff always seemed overwhelmed. It definitely seemed that the hotel is not equipped for the amount of guests in the hotel! As for positives, the room was clean and housekeeping staff were very accommodating. Great location and has a subway station outside the hotel.

After prepaying for a 2 night stay , we stand in line for 45 min , get to the check in desk and they say they have no reservation , after checking with manager I find out they are sending us to another hotel due to the hotel being overbooked. The manager said that they do this all the time , So my wife and my small kids have to walk in a literal Blizzard to the Millennium hotel 10 blocks where they put the overbooked guests , they gave no apologies no credits just bad attitude, when I got to the Millennium hotel they book only for one night so we have to go back to the Sheriton the next day back though the snow… this place is dirty and old , with the worst customer service in the city

Overbooked and didn't have our room with 2 beds. Forced our family of 3 to sleep in a king bed. There was a line at reception of 100ppl all week. Half of their elevators don't work and it was a disaster and large waiting lines to get up and down. I don't recommend this place. Their main restaurant is closed. And their small corner one couldn't keep up.

Staff were not friendly. Rooms have damages. Check-in time is super late and one has to pay to check-in luggages while waiting for room. One also has to pay for wifi. Shockingly, this was probably one of the worst Sheratons I have been to.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. We had no hot water for the entire four days we were there. They never offered to move us to a room with hot water. It was freezing in New York City and we had to take cold showers every day. You could not get on the elevators they overbooked that hotel. I will never stay at a hotel that big again ever.

The room was small and had no face cloths but it was a place to sleep. The door man was the BEST ever- he was so helpful and always watched out for us and made sure we knew where we were going. The location for us was perfect!

Was promoted to check in online via the Sheraton/Marriot App ahead of arrival and received check in confirmation and was interdicted to pick up key Al front desk upon arrival. Check in was at 4pm. Arrived at 7:30 after a long flight and was told the hotel doesn’t have online check in despite my confirmation and informed that they did not have my room available and they would not give me an ETA for when it would be ready of even confirm it would be ready anytime that evening. Was asked to leave and come back. Staff was extremely rude. Will never stay at a Sheraton again.

The location is great, and the view from our window was nice. However, the elevators were very slow, and check-in took nearly an hour. We requested an extra blanket three separate times and never received one. We were also charged a $40-per-night destination fee. We’ve stayed in NYC many times, and unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve had. We would probably not stay here again
