The pool is absolutely freezing and the hot tub is like a warmish bath.. the people beside us had music blasting all night long. I couldnt call the front desk to complain because the phone in the room didnt work and i couldnt go to the front desk because i had my daughter sleeping.

The hotel was very close to the airport, and since it is used by guests coming and going all hours of the night, it is difficult to sleep with doors slamming all hours of the night. The hotel doors could use commercial door closers to stop the slamming from happening. Other than that, the hotel was very nice. Very clean and comfortable.

Room was great other than changes need to be made to the bed base. This is a wood base that has sharp corners and sticks out from the side of the mattress. I hit my leg on it twice during my stay. When I mentioned it to girl at desk upon checkout she said they get lots of complaints but nothing ever changes.
