The entire stay was unsatisfactory in a number of ways. They failed to mention upon our arrival or at the time of booking of the following points: 1. The property hosts Permanent Residents which are prone to high noise levels 2. The property was under construction during our stay which was not acceptable (hammering and sawing throughout the day/evening). Considering they close for 4-5 months (End of Season Oct-Mar) this means construction could be carried out while temporary visitors are not present at the property 3. The property was not up to standard for visitors due to the noise levels.

Good Stay

We knew from reviewis that this hotel was basic however, the Hotel did meet our expectations. The rooms were cleanded twice in 8 Days along with fresh towels on both these occassions. Although the bed & sofas were extremley comfy neither were very clean. The beds themselves had visible stains on which could do with being addressed. The lady on reception who worked a huge amount of hours was fantastic and always had a smile on her face. Overall a nice holiday and stay at Las Palomas Apartments

Vaatimaton kesäapartomentos Palmanovassa

Pros: Apartomentosrakennus sijaitsee lähellä pientä uimarantaa sekä "pääkatua", jossa palvelut ja bussipysäkki n. 50 m päässä. Reseptionisti miellyttävä.

Cons: Rakennus ei ole uusi , sähkötöitä käynnissä, kerroksiin kuljetaan avokäytäviä Illalla kolkko, kaipaisi tunnelmallisempaa kohdevalaistusta.

Location: Hotellin lähellä voi lähinnä ulkoilla ja kesällä uida. Muutoin on syytä lähteä Palman keskustaan.

Sijaitsee länteen rantatietä Palmasta n. 20 km, bussiyhteydet n.puolen tunnin välein hyvin toimivat, kaupunkiin ajaa 40 min. julkisella - kesällä nopeampi expresslinja käytössä myös. Hinta 6,20 meno-paluu. Taksi keskustaan n. 25 € , kesto n. 20-30 min. Myös muutama lentokenttäbussivuoro ( ei varhaisia/myöhäisiä vuoroja). Matalasesongin aikana vain muutama vaatimaton liike/kahvila/ravintola avoinna, suurin osa vain kesäisin auki, siksikin paikka lähinnä sopiva kesäisin oleskeluun. Alueella pieniä merenlahtia hiekkarantoineen rantabulevardin varrella, kaunis maisema, mukava kävelyyn/lenkkeilyyn. Ympäristö hyvinhoidettua, osa rakennuksista uusia,osa 1970-luvulta, koko alue uudisrakennettu asumis- ja matkailutarkoitukseen.

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan.

Hotellin kunto kohtalainen. Rannan ja shoppailun välittömässä läheisyydessä. Kyllä olisin onnellinen jos muualtakin saisin tällä hinnalla perus etelän hotellin.
