Good for family with small kids. Not too far from airport and the views are incredible except for some construction on one side of resort but it wasnt even a bother at all.

It’s a good place. That being said, It wouldn’t take much to make it an excellent place. Some suggestions: - have more than one bartender to easily eliminate lines for drinks. - Better evening entertainment is needed for families. The shows are ok, but other options would be nice including music/live bands at other locations. - implement organized beach activities (currently none) and pool activities (very few). I.e. beach volleyball, pool games, kids games, adult games…etc. keep them going. - same music plays everyday by the pool. No music at the beach (very low speaker heard only when in line at the beach bar). I suggest getting speakers along the length of the beach and keeping the energy up. - food is good, not excellent. More options would be a plus. We love tacos, but not everyday (I get it, it’s Mexico) Positives: - feels safe throughout the resort with young kids - kids club is great - covered pool is a great option to have when you need a break from the sun - not too large, not too small - rooms are clean, nice - price is right Overall: a good choice for the price, especially for families with young children given the kids club. Spending a bit more money elsewhere will get you that added experience, so it depends on what you want and how important these are to you.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! THIS IS MY SECOND TIME ON THIS HOTEL AND FIRST TIME WAS OK BUT THIS TIME WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I TRAVEL WITH HUSBAND AND MY 3 KIDS, THE FOOD WAS NASTY!!!! COLD AND BAD, ONLY WHITE ESPAGUETTIS AND CHIKEN NUGGETS FOR KIDS, NOT VARIETY OF FOOD AT ALL AND ALSO THE STAFF WERE VERY RUD!!!!! THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT ARE REALLY NICE ATE THE ONES FORM THE BUFFET, WE ALL SICK NOW BECAUSE OF THE FOOD, NEVER EVER BACK AGAIN TO THIS PLACE😩😩😩😩😩😩 DONT GO HERE PEOPLE!!

It's a good place if you want wonderful white beach and beautiful colour water, but will have trouble finding chairs where to lay down. If you want to find a chair by the pool, you can forget about it unless you take one in the middle of the night. Hotel is worn down a little and needs some fixing here and there. Kids play rooms are worn out, cinema was nice if you can hear (bad sound system). Kids slides also not fully functional. Be prepared to wait for food if you come on normal/usual times. Overall ok for the price and highlight for us was beautiful beach and water.

This was a great family friendly place to stay. Very close to the airport and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. I wish there was a different way to make dinner reservations and they filled up within in 5 mins of opening and we were up able to get dinner reservations at any of the restaurants that required them. There was only 1 place to eat lunch if you wanted to stay in your bathing suit. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating and helped with all of our needs.

Older property, kids bunk beds extremely comfy but the king bed was so hard and uncomfy. Property is too spread out ( way too much walking) kids area is inside and extremely cold water, water slides on one side of property, pools in middle. Most of the staff was good, staff that helped kids was amazing.
