The stay was the worst, first we are trying to do the check in and it was super poor service, they didn’t grabbed our luggage to take to our room, they told us this is your room they didn’t give us no directions or nothing to get to our room there was a total of 3 towers so here we are looking for our room super lost, a few of the elevators didn’t work, the room was not clean, they wouldn’t clean the room until like 3-4 pm, the stuff wasn’t friendly even after me give good tips, the worst is you have to make reservations for the restaurants and has to be done at 8:00am in order to get a better quality food so if you don’t do recervacion by then you won’t be able to eat at a restaurant, you would be stock at the buffet wish has the worst food no flavor to it.

Poorly maintained, they were painting the walls/fixing the rooms around me and my family, which caused the fumes to get inside the room. I had to argue with them how that was unsafe for my child and guest to have them switch my room

Excellent stay over all! Rooms were kept very clean, the whole resort was kept up and well cleaned, the food was amazing and we loved how the beach was also cleaned every morning. Amazing staff. Was difficult to get any restaurant reservations as they filled up within minutes of opening and wifi was hit and miss. Would have also been very lovely if there was some kind of nice coffee place for more than just regular coffee or a cappuccino from a vending machine, and available in the evenings as well. But we loved our stay and are hoping to bring our family back next year!

Poor service. Someone stole our towel and reception was trying to put blame on us. Zero empathy. Toilet was blocked, they promised to send someone at a specified time, help never arrived, had to inform them again.

The spa massage, one of the staff open my locker when I was in the steam room, he helped himself with my money, after a relaxing massage that was not a relaxing experience. Security had me write a statement never got back to me. And I Was never refunded my he money was taken Pool tables, ping pong table and all entertaining table was in really bad condition, not for the price you pay, I have a better ping pong table and pool table at home than the ones they have. Ping pong balls were all broken or bad. They should do better.

We just got back after a week in Paradise. My wife and I couldn’t have been more well-taken care of by everyone from checkin/out, waitstaff, to the housekeeping was top notch! We loved our housekeeping on the 7th floor of tower 2! Can’t wait to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the facilities are conveniently located within the property, making everything easy to access. It’s very child-friendly, with plenty of play areas and activities for kids. A perfect choice for families looking for comfort and convenience.

1. We showed up a little early (12 PM) and asked if they had early check in. The management told us that they did not have early check in, which is fair. They told us to come back at 3 PM, and when we did, they told us that our room was not ready yet and that we could come back in 20 minutes. I said that it was fine, and I went back at 3:30 PM. They told us that another guest had paid extra and taken the room that was assigned to us, and that we could come back in 20 minutes. I was annoyed, but it was our first day there, and I did not want to ruin our vacation. I said that I would not worry about it, and I went back at 4 PM, but it was still not ready. They ended up giving us our room at 4:30 2. In order to make reservations for supper, they provide you with a QR code that you can scan. I tried to do it, but it did not work. I tried it numerous times at different hours, and ultimately I went to the front desk, where they told me that I was not yet in the system, and that the person who does it does it overnight, so I would have to wait until the next day. They also told me that we may have dinner at the buffet. Only one of the restaurants provided acceptable cuisine, and it was only available at night for dinner. We tried four of the restaurants, and the seafood restaurant was the one we ate supper at on the last two evenings of our stay. The food at the buffet was terrible (it was bland and it was undercooked). There is more on my google review very disappointed

The pools we nice and clean, our room was on the second floor and the beach view was ok. When checking in I asked to be placed on a higher floor and they said no rooms available I booked for 2 double beds and I ended up with a king size bed and a set of bunk beds. We were inconvenience by the room beds.

Room was in very bad condition the door was broken and had an awful wind tunnel very noisy the shower was also broken barely had water spraying out of it and the tub had a massive crack / squishy spot so un able to bath. The mini fridge also was supposed to be re stocked daily but wasn't it was so hard just to get bottled water. There amenities were also lacking they only had two gold clubs for the entire resort..... Cancun was beautiful but this resort was very lacking in many areas sadly

The food was really bad. Factual info: i discovered 2 yoplait fruit yogurts that were expired. Yes, those were the 2 we randomly grabbed for our kids. There were no straws given with any drinks. No disposable straws present in site at all.
