Hotel is great, breakfast is amazing, lots of activities for everyone, the night show is absolutely amazing, restaurants are great, everyone was super nice, I left my wallet, and money in our room on top of the night stand a couple of times and the person that cleaned our never stolen a thing, pool staff amazing, everyone was great, but check in was terrible, a couple of ladies at the front desk weren't very helpful, its not fair for everyone else to grade their staff rude just for a couple of employees, checking took about 3 hours writing in line!

I booked this property because of the kids. The game room is really run down, the water slide is open between 2-5, and the golf course is really small and run down as well. The kids water park is really unsafe with many openings for kids to fall.

The staff was good for the most part. Although there were times I asked for towels and they would take hours to bring them, which was far from ideal. Food was alright. I had an issue with the shower in my room leaking and they didn’t fix it or do much to help.

The beach is great. Food was not good except at some of the restaurants. Worst food I had in Cancun. Front Desk is not helpful at all. I booked two rooms and they were not connected. I had asked the front desk and was refused to have different rooms. I had to stay with my kids in one room, the second was useless.

The resort was great for the price. Very kid friendly with lots of activities for the kids. It seemed like alot of locals go there which we really enjoyed and it gave us a chance to brush up on our Spanish lol. The staff was amazing! Especially our pool waiter Reyes, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all the drinks we wanted. Our waiter at the buffet, David, was also amazing! So friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Property is open, gives a pleasant feeling. Unfortunately needs to be upgraded it is old and many areas like restrooms don’t work. Service at the Pool was bad, food at the Wayne’s Boots and the Italian restaurant was beyond gross with even worse service. Seafood, French and Los Gallos were outstanding in every way. The Palapa’s food was bad needs a different chef but we found ok things to eat, does not reflect the yummy Mexican cuisine. It was sad to see the deplorable condition of this beloved resort.
