We only stayed for one night and caught the train in the morning. Hotel shuttle was a long wait at the Airport, I would recommend to get and Uber. The hotel is very nice, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Restaurant staff was very accommodating. We arrived a few minutes before closing and they still took our order and then delivered it to our rooms after they were already closed. Excellent service and much appreciated.

The AC in the room would not go lower than 21C. Shower drain was clogged. Bathroom fan wasn’t working. There was one server that only took our order, brought us the check and got mad at me and my husband because he wasn’t happy with the tip. There were other employees serving our table. I also noticed one room door with the “do not disturb” tag and the room attendant still knocked, nobody answered and she still opened the door (didn’t liked that at all). They have jacuzzi but water was cold, not hot water. Booked one night at this hotel because a flight cancellation and ended saying two more nights and would not offer us a small discount. Good things about the hotel. Airport shuttle 24 hrs leaving every 30 mins (very clean vehicle). 10 mins near Cancun airport. Laundry.

Pros: extremely clean and modern throughout. Complimentary airport shuttle and breakfast. Cons: I booked this specifically because it said it had a hot tub…however, I learned from the front desk staff that the tub does NOT heat and only bubbles. Also, it was not as big and nice as the courtyard Marriott next door.
