Room was very clean and housekeeping was great. Service in restaurants and food in general was awful. Ate off resort more than we did on. Bar staff were good but drinks weren’t the best(Don’t ask for a martini). The lobby has a very strong smell as well which was quite overwhelming.

Few minor things, Our Kleenex wasn’t restocked when the room was cleaned. The toilet pressure wasn’t very good and the sink didn’t drain well. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony that didn’t work, it wouldn’t hold water at all and kept draining. The staff were great, and the hotel overall was fun and it was a nice place to stay. The drinks were were typical for an all inclusive and the food was good in some a la cartes, and decent at the buffet.

Booked this property because it was advertised as an adult only resort. There Were a few families with small children in the pool and the jacuzzi who walked from the resort next door.

Pretty decent for the price, my one complaint was the food. Each restaurant serves 5-6 meals and it doesn't change. So, if you're a picky eater like me, you're out of luck.

The room was nice and the Plunge pool out back was totally worth it. the staff was very nice until it came to check out. It seemed a bit like checking out of a hospital. I did go back a days later and they had found my buddies shoes. they were very nice staff and the beach was so close and clean. The food was sub par. I am not a drinker but all my travel buddies are and they were not happy that the bar service was not open till 11am and closed at 11pm. Also one bar tender at the pool bar could not keep up at all. It was a long wait to get a drink. We also got kicked out of the hot tub at 7pm nad that was kinda lame cause there was nothing else to do.

The beach was beautiful. The first room we were in was beachfront but no balcony and was very noisy from the adjoining room. The property was a little old but very nice. Moved to a room with plunge pool and it was better and worth the $$$.

Just returned from an incredible stay at GR Solaris Caribe Resort and I can’t say enough good things about it. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we checked in friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The rooms were spotless, the views were stunning, and the resort was beautifully maintained throughout. The food and drinks were far better than what you typically expect at an all-inclusive, great variety, fresh options, and no shortage of made-to-order meals. We especially loved the poolside service and nightly entertainment, which gave the whole place an energetic yet relaxed vibe. Whether you're looking to unwind by the ocean, enjoy great service, or just escape into a stress-free vacation, GR Solaris delivers. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Staff very friendly. Clean room. So sad, changing this hotel to adults only on December 15th. Had no air conditioning for 3 days. They need to change menus in the restaurants.

Amazing place to stay, food could be a little bit better, ask if you could go to the other Solaris hotels. We found out we could walk or take a shutter to the other soils hotels and it was a great experience for the kids. One of them is very kids friendly.
