My biggest complain is the food! I had previously stayed at this hotel and the food was the main reason why we went back but food was not the best, not many option and just not good in general. Very limited options for kids. My last night was Mexican night and that was the only 10/10. Staff was great as always, great service. If it wasn’t for the food choices I would give it 5 stars.

The staff were genuinely lovely and the pool and beach areas were great. No complaints there. However the stay didn’t feel worth what we paid. All the restaurants were booked when we arrived so aside from one reservation, we had to have the buffet every day. The hotel is older and our room had a few issues like the toilet didn’t always flush, the balcony door was hard to close, and we could hear everything from the hallway and outside, which made it tough to sleep. Also there were no late night snacks like pizza, which most all inclusives usually offer. Really appreciated the friendly service but we probably wouldn’t return.

4 stars because the food was a 6-7 out of 10. Alcoholic mixed drinks are disgusting. Cleanliness 5 Stars. Staff 5 Stars. Building areas needed upkeep. Pool and beach fabulous. Entertainment was ehh 4 out 5. Room mattress excellent. View from balcony extremely nice. First floor balcony rooms are the best rooms vs higher floors. Make sure you’re front facing the pool and beach.

My family and I had a wonderful time We had two ocean view rooms! The people are extremely friendly Emmauel, Angel, Israel, julio to name just a few! The activity pool was so much fun.! Very family oriented place! Its a small resort but definitely would return! Thank you for a great stay!
