This hotel exceeded all expectations! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. There were plenty of delicious food options to choose from, catering to all tastes. Having a doctor on call added peace of mind, especially while traveling. The weather was perfect the entire stay. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The property was beautiful. The service was excellent. The room had issues. Coffee maker had to be replaced. Certain outlets did not work. Sliding door to the balcony was falling apart. A/C only cold down to a certain degree and was uncomfortable during certain times of the day. There are 5 restaurants on the premises and they were ok. None were outstanding. The pools were clean and fun but got crowded cause the beaches were unswimable cause of the amount of sea weed. Over all, I give the and A for the beauty of the property, D for the room, A for the staff getting things right, C for the food. We will be trying a different venue next trip. But thank you for this experience

Alejandro was amazing, made our honeymoon feel very special and helped us with every request we had, making lasting memories that we will cherish . Would highly recommend, the view of the ocean and having our own personal pool and jacuzzi in our room was amazing. The bartender Francisco was also very pleasant and made amazing drinks. Sarah was also very pleasant and friendly, Hector was very nice and provided great service. The entire staff and property were amazing and no complaints! 5/5!!

Pros: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff. Ricardo explained all of the amenities well. I am keeping my original review of Antonio & Josmar. They were SUPER friendly and accommodating with allergy restrictions. Out of all of the restaurants, Flor de Sal was our favorite- breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wait times weren’t excessive. The food was fresh, cooked to our liking and taste overall was exceptional! The pool and bar staff were so kind and so helpful! MAJOR pro was the amount of water stations scattered around the resort. The italian restaurant does get busy for dinner, I recommend going in and asking for wait times if you’re in a big group. There’s an app, that we weren’t told about at the beginning, that shows the calendar of events, map of the resort & room service- very tech friendly app! We attended the Mexican Fiesta night, which was SO fun! Mariachi & Baile Folklorico interacted with the crowd, and had the guests up on their feet! Recommend bringing a personal tumbler or cup for drinks as they will add it in there for you. The adul pool is very nice, with all kinds of seats to pick from. The spa was clean and staff were friendly. This resort is definitely more on the family friendly, less of a party atmosphere. Although the lobby bar offers DJ from 11pm-1am, which we enjoyed! Es un excelente hotel. Lo super recomiendo. Instalaciones del hotel están hermosos tanto como los diferentes edificios como las albercas.
