Loved how friendly the employees were. The facilities were awesome and the gym was huge and had Pilates reformers! Nice that many cabanas were free. Food was very good. Great vibe at the hotel. Oh, and spa services were excellent!

The food is great, staff are very professional but you need to pay extra for cabanas in the pool area and it is not acceptable for an all-inclusive resort!

I would absolutely return due to the service of the staff. They are friendly and generous. I do wish the seating in the restaurants was more flexible for larger groups. I can't wait to see the property after renovation. My only recommendation would be for a light late night buffet/restaurant option- 11:30pm-1:00am. Great trip!

Best Underrated Resort Ever!

I am a frequent traveler to the Caribbean, South America, Europe and the U.S., and in all my experiences, no resort has come close to the experience I experienced at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun! The duty of care put into each event and guest experiences should be studied! I do not believe the guests that stayed during my stay appreciated the experience that the staff provided! Mauri, Alberto, Mateo, Victor and Ernesto provided top notch services for the pool and cabana service! Victor went above and beyond and we were so appreciative of him! Carmillo's hibachi performance was out of this world and so entertaining! The concierge ladies and Rosa Rueda provided exceptional check-out services and made it hard for us to want to leave! Lastly, Evelin Garcia is such an asset to this resort, she was hands on and ensured quality and care was given to us and for that I will onl come back if she is still there!

My third time at Hyatt Zilara. My favorite resort the service is unmatched. Food is delicious and while there are upgrade options it is never forced on you. I love how everyone there is very concerned that you are okay and having a good time. Many resorts have weird towel rules but not here if you need a towel or two go for it. Hyatt Zilara does all the little thing and big things right! Cant wait for the renovations to be done and book my visit next year!
