Nice resort, really great service - particularly Oscar the manager of spa - we met him in the gym and he took us on a long tour of the facilities, spa,. and tennis court. Food was just ok, but resort and service more than made up for it.

I was super upset at the room they gave me. Granted it was ocean front double which is what i booked but the pictures advertised was not how the room i recieved looked. The bathroom sink faucets were leaking the whole time. I called for them to repair it but all they did was tighten the handle which made it uncomfortable to open and close the faucet. The food selection at the buffet was mediocre. Shows were great but some were a bit to provocative for children which this resort was more catered towards. Theres no reason for a male dancer to be dressed as a female. Other then whats was spoken about the place was great.

The food was AMAZING! Better than the restaurants here in my hometown. Room was cleaned up nicely, sometimes even twice a day! Staff were very professional and friendly. I enjoyed Gustavo’s Pilates and yoga classes and Betty’s facial and massage! Thank you for a great time. We will be back. Oh, but still be careful with your belongings at the pool though. Someone stole our friend’s AirPods (the trackable one. It ended up at a rural, residential area according to GPS).

I have food allergies, and I was assigned a culinary staff to accommodate all my meals and allowed me to preorder to make sure my food was gluten free! The staff was so friendly and helpful, everything was so clean and the food was amazing. I would definitely come here again.
