I did not like the way Le Blanc up prices all items that are available using the so called "resort credit". My wife got a $30 purse/bag for $30 in resort taxes and the $250 resort credit. It was a joke. Same thing for the spa credit....we had $250 of credit but everything so highly priced that you really are not getting any value. Food was okay but should be much better for a $1000 a night resort. We will not be back.

Le Blanc ! It’s always a pleasure stay in this hotel, 3 rd time and no complaints at all. Great location, service is fenomenal ALWAYS !! premium drinks and high variety for food. After different stays in Cancun and Playa Mujeres resorts I can swear Le Blanc is from another world.Roberto & Saul our concierge, Juan and Gaby from Lumier restaurant made my husband’s birth special. This place is amazing. They greet you with moist towels, a flower and coconut milk...you are treated like royalty here. Everything is immaculate. The service is beyond compare. Everyone is over the top nice and attentive. The food has been out of this world. So many delightful choices and the presentation is stellar. Billyjoel and Rodrigo were our very attentive butlers and they were so accommodating and always made sure we had what we needed. They even suggested things we hadn't thought of. We ate at The Lumiere and Yama (reservations required for both) and they were out of this world. Even the buffets here are incredible.

This was my 6th stay at this particular property with every intention to return. Le Blanc continues to impress with exceptional service, great food, and a beautiful and luxurious atmosphere. It always feels like coming home
