This was one of the worst vacation ever. My wife jewelry one item got stolen, they did not want to show us camera or anything. The guy refused to give us any compensation, the only thing he said you can call the police!. Restaurants are terrible! The Japanese restaurant the supervisor is so rude his name os Josefat and his assistant Samantha they did not want to get us our chair and we were late a little bit but no one took our spot! AVOID THIS RESORT as much as you can you can save some money and go to Wayndum ultra

I was not happy with my stay, there were limited dining options and very difficult to secure a reservation. In addition, the room next to me was young men partying and didn’t get any sleep. Then the final straw, I almost missed my flight as they did call me with the wake up call.

the property it self is nice but seems to be poorly run. If you arrive late in the day it is notneasy to get dinner unless you want a burger. We tried to get an ice cream the first night and the machine wasn't working. If you stay above the lobby the noise level creeps into your room, not ideal if you have kids. The next night we reserved a table at Hana and the service was poor, had to ask for water 4 times before it came, never received our starters and my wifes food was undercooked, sent it back and when the brought it back it was oily and looking nasty. The food options are limited and food quality was not what i would expect from a resort. Press start didn't even have the games they said they had. Not a kid friendly resort in my mind, not enough activities for little ones. I do not recommend staying at this resort unless you are without children and you are fine with mediocre food options. The people are not the issue, it is staffing and management in key roles in my opinion.

The food is good and the rooms are very clean. I didn't have a good experience In : *Check-in took forever, 45 minutes. *It only has one outdoor bathroom (central pool, adult pool, and beach). It needs more bathrooms. * They didn't honor my reservation for a king-size room and gave me one with a double bed. It was a very awkward moment on my wedding anniversary.

Only complaint that i have from the resort that the double bed size too small to fit two people comfortably. Check in took 2 hours which is a waste of time especially after you travel long hours you dont wana wait that long. They dont welcome you nicely like other resorts. The food was good. You do have to make reservations for fine dining and its only 3 on the resort. Or else you are stuck with room service or Mo’s burgers and fries.

This is not a 5-Star facility. The hotel was renovated in 2024 but the quality of renovations is abysmal. You would see poor and unsafe construction quality all around. Building codes violations all around. For example the adult swimming pool has a hidden step in the middle for no apparent reason. I saw multiple people tripping there in just a few minutes I was there. I hurt my toes couple of times walking in the pool. The restaurant staff did not speak english and consistently messed up our orders. Even when they did take the orders they messed up the serving e.g the main course was served before appetizers and separately 20 minutes apart for the group. The conclusion is that we were already aware that its always a risk when you pay for things in advance (all inclusive). We took that risk for the convenience and because it was a trusted brand like Marriot. We were thoroughly disappointed!
