Shouts to Estefanie and Pablo poolside for an excellent service. Also to the girls from champions! The animation was tops (events, as well as poolside animation)! If you want late night parties this is not the Hotel for you. However, I loved it because I was able to enjoy a good pool and beach day, delicious food and be in bed by midnight, allowing me you enjoy the next day to the fullest. However, I wished sports bar would have stayed open later than 11:30 specially on the weekends when the bar is full. I had a great time.

Second time staying at this property and it’s absolutely amazing! Adrian at Casa Madre and Estefani pool attended and Esteban at Casa Madre are the BEST!!!
