The staff at Oleo were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. While the hotel showed some signs of wear and tear, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The food was fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast omelette each morning. The spa provided a truly relaxing escape. Overall, I would stay there again.

The staff were friendly and flexible. My room had an obstructed lagoon view with strong cooking smell every afternoon. I could barely step to the balcony even though there was extra charge for the view. The gym is not well equipped and maintained. The service in Hakka restaurant was very slow. The waiter forgot about our orders twice. The foods in Brownbag shelf was stale and got my child vomit and sick for 2 days.

My daughter and I had a great time! It is a beautiful location, with great staff. The food could use improvement but the experience made up for it. The coffee bar was our favorite spot!

Arrival was quick, helpful, and informative. Pool is close to the beach so got to experience both and was enjoyable. Azul buffet was great lots of options, but did not like Alamar restaurant portions are too small and dry. For outside activities and transportation hotel staff were very helpful. Overall, good first time experience in a Cancun all inclusive. If your looking for a family friendly spot this would be it, not if your trying to drink and party it’s very quiet.
