Best beach I have seen in Cancun by far. The property was poorly maintained (old worn out furniture, chipped paint, moldy smell, pool water had paint chips and cigarette buds) staff was not helpful with questions kept getting the run around. Dinner reservations were a nightmare. Food was cold and buffet was not the best. I can say room service was great and dinner at the masquerade was fantastic. No nightlife entertainment and the activities are minimal.

Food was awful. Buffet was cold or dried out. Service was average at best in restaurants. The adults only crowd was loud w party music, not relaxing or peaceful. Not enough seats at pool or on beach. Massage, room service staff and housekeeping staff were wonderful. Sauna in spa broke, hot tub dirty and needed cleaned. OVERALL GREAT LOCATION, would not recommend for adults looking for peace & quiet to relax.

We stayed at sandos Cancun for our honeymoon and we loved it. This was our first time at an all inclusive resort and it was completely worth it! The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a pool party everyday and it was super fun! There were also parties and shows every night, very cool and fun! It felt like a dream, especially after getting married to the love of my life!

The bed spring was very bad. The ceiling of the bathroom was leaking water and eventually part of it fell down. I was unable to take a shower during that day. It took a day before they exchanged a new room for me. It was not a good experiment.

Beautiful ocean views and a comfy bed, but everything else missed the mark. Service was super slow, food was mediocre, pool was murky. The place feels run down, and you’ll likely have to pay extra every day for a cabana since there are never enough chairs. If you’re looking to drink and party, this might be your spot. But if you want to relax or enjoy good food, spend a little more on a nicer hotel. Won’t be coming back.

This property is definitely NOT what is advertised in Expedia . This was my second time in Cancun on a different resort but for sure will never come back to this place ! The attitude and attention is terrible! Do not book with Sandos Cancun waste of money !

The stay was just okay nothing to rave about the buffet was terrible. I got a massage and facial it was horrible!!!!! It wasn’t a real massage the lady just rubbed oil on me and put a mask on my face that’s it just the mask then she washes out a complete waist of money. The view was beautiful and the pool was pretty overall 10/10 do not recommend it’s not a resort it’s a small hotel

Do not ever book with this hotel the food was I don’t even know how to describe it. My husband got food poisoning and the staff is so unfriendly. I even asked to pay extra for an ocean view room was told no didn’t even look. Got laughed at. Thus hotel was so bad I checked out 5 days early snd went to a much better resort. Do not ever book
