Great stay overall, lots to do for a family of 4. We stayed in the phase 1 side so it’s a bit of a walk over to the main restaurants. Friendly staff overall, they will leave you alone if you say no to the time share presentation. I kept saying how staff were around cleaning all the time. Great view from the fifth floor and the balcony has a nice patio set.

Room were dated but clean. Food was hit or miss but the stuff that was good was great. Loved the sports bar and Mexican restaurant, pool side service was always good. The needing your card for every time you ordered including all inclusive was annoying but manageable. Whats the point of a wrist band? We had the 2 bedroom and it was great. Small enough resort the kids were confident in navigating.

The value at this resort is hard to beat. For what their current rates are they do a fantastic job at this price range. There are lots of food choices for all appetites, and accessible bars/wait staff to get drinks poolside. The staff is very friendly, and the property is well kept. The beach is great, groomed frequently, and I would return in a heartbeat.

We had booked a trip for us and our family. Instantly noticed that all pool/bars essentially close down at 5pm, leaving the only restaurant open the little sports bar with very limited menu. (Aside from the buffet that you have to book most nights and priority is given to Time Share Holders). This would leave us all relying on the room service that was ~1.5hrs waiting time or purchase our own food or liquor down at the resort store that was overpriced. Also, there is no evening beach or outdoor entertainment - we all had to leave the resort for this. All-in-all; we had family come here to stay as well and all agreed this really is not a typical "All-Inclusive" and haven't experience any other resort so regulated to this manner - Aside from requiring your room key to literally do or order anything (Including a coffee) My above comments were also echoed the same with newcomers to this resort that we met during our stay. *Good thing to add in above is that the resort was very clean and very safe. Thank you!
