Service was excellent, staff was very friendly. But we stayed in third floor, it's so hot ,even in early April, and our room is on the railway side, it's noisy.

Our experience was quite disappointing due to the ongoing construction. We received a message about it only the day before checking in, and we could not cancel the reservation. As I am currently pregnant and had a baby in a stroller, we had to use the stairs since the elevator was out of order. The short notice regarding the construction was frustrating; had I known earlier, I would have been able to cancel the reservation.
