All the wording said pet friendly . No pet fee . But thats not true when you get there they charge a fee. And even though this app says none they didnt honor that. It felt like us bringing our dog was a bother to them. There is no water in the gym . The equipment was not well maintained at all. Over all it was just ok

This Hotel was clean, which is #1 important to me and my wife. Everything else at the hotel was what my teenage boy calls “mid”. Also the train next door going by every hour was loud and annoying.

Next door to a busy train track, did not like that the pool was in a seperate building as we had to walk across the parking lot with our young children. Room was quite small with tiny bathroom.

Staff was excellent to deal with. How ever my room was lacking. It was clean but the furniture was worn down to where the finish was off. Plus for some reason on one of the walls there was a square wall paper patch that was peeling away from the wall. The room was not properly stocked with towels or soaps cups etc.. for the number of guests staying there. Had to call the front desk or use the AI app. Goethe cost of the suite this should have been in the room.

Overall our stay at the Canmore Inn and Suites was great. The staff members were friendly, the suit was clean, just a little outdated. The views are the main reason I picked this hotel and I was not disappointed! The breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable. I was not able to use the pool as there is a limit of 25 people at a time and during the times we were able to swim, the pool was busy. The convenience of having laundry available in the hotel was a fantastic, the laundry room and machines were clean and affordable. I am very satisfied with my stay and would recommend the Canmore Inn and Suites to anyone who is wanting to enjoy a budget friendly stay.

It was frustration working with the staff about our broken shower. But in the end, they were able to provide us with another shower which I am thankful for. The maintenance guys were great as well. These reviews are solely based on the front end staff.

The room I took was a 2 queen bed as this was the only availability at the time. The room was a little tight to move around. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable. The food option was excellent. The staff were great!
