City centre hotel close to amenities

Pros: The service, the friendly,caring attitude of staff and their willingness to please. A great hotel experience.

Location: City centre, adjacent to the market square. Other amenities close by included shops, bars and restaurants and the office of the 'Hop on Hop off' buses

The room was clean, spacious with all the facilities needed for our 4 night say. The room was on the 8th floor close to the lift , swimming pool and sauna. The reception staff were always helpful and smiled, seeming to enjoy their jobs. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We sat each morning in the outside space overlooking the traditional market in the square. One member of staff was very attentive - Malina - always ensuring tea/coffee was available and dirty plates cleared once we had finished - and he did it all with a huge smile.
