Hôtel à oublier.

Arrivee pour 16h dans horaire reception, acceuil fermé, appel telephonique au responsable qui indique le numero chambre, clé sur bureau. Chambre non climatisée malgre que cela soit mentionne sur le site hotel.com. Re appel au salarié qui va installer clim portable, et precise que les travaux sont en cours. A preciser température exterieur 37°. Au retour plus de 6h plus tard, chambre une fournaise....Une nuit à oublier . Salle bains : cabine avec douche et rideau plastique. 1 seul verre, nous etions 2. Odeurs exterieures désagréables quand nous avons voulu ouvrir. Parking sécurisé : pas de fermeture.

séjour a carcassonne pour le feu d'artifice réservation de dernière minute. accueil agréable personnel aimable pour le bien pour le moins bien une seule pise dans toute la chambre pour le lit comme sommier une planche de contre plaqué matelas moyen pas de chance clim en panne . petit déjeuner un peux cher. vue d'ensemble extérieure peinture fatiguée un rafraichissement serait souhaitable. un nettoyage des abords serait nécessaire ( un four dans haie qui borde l'hotel ) nettoyage des wc moyen.

Reasonable, friendly, convenient.

The staff of the hotel could not have been better. They gave us helpful tips for the area and quickly resolved and issue with our room. The room was very small, the bathroom miniscule but both were immaculate. Wi-Fi was okay. There was plenty of parking both secured and unsecured. It was convenient to the highway and the city of Carcassonne.

La clim ne fonctionne pas, l'espace douche est vraiment ridicule de plus le pommeau ne tient pas vous êtes obligé de le tenir pas agréable du tout. ATTENTION le restaurant est fermé le vendredi,samedi et dimanche. Mettez quelques euros en plus et allez ailleurs.

Parfait !

En vacances pour voir un ami qui y habite à l'année. Il y a plein de choses a voir la cité est magique !! En revanche le dimanche c'est mort mort... A 21h30 impossible de manger un bout en centre ville.
