I am disappointed to read that aspects of your stay were not up to our usual high standard of service we strive to deliver to all our guests on a daily basis. I am delighted we exceeded all expectations and you enjoyed your stay with us! Our Pool & Sauna area closed in 2017 & has been taken off all booking sites the day if closure. We certainly look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

The business-friendly Heritage Park Pontypridd, Trademark Collection by Wyndham also features a fitness centre, a garden, and a picnic area. Self parking is free.
