Not all inclusive it is advertised as golf and spa resort all inclusive resort and it is not , golf is not part of the property and have to pay a very high price to play , spa is not included and you have to pay per hour a high price restaurant are not open every day only buffet is open every day , resort is very nice service good but very expensive for as all inclusive as advertised and its NOT !

The staff was very friendly, seating by the pool and beach area was always available BUT the food... it wasn't good, the only decent food we got was down at the beach and it's open after breakfast and closes at 6pm. The Italian restaurant was closed on a Sunday and only two of three restaurants were available and the buffet food it just there to survive.

No internet service at the property at all! Buffet was very limited with only about 10 hot items. Booked a VIP deal which we did not receive. Property is out of the way from most attractions. Beach near property is not the most welcoming, very muddy and brown.

This is such a beautiful property!! There are various eating options. It is extremely safe (there are 2 checkpoints). PLEASE visit the SPA (1000/10). The golf space is beautiful. They put a door decoration and provided goodies for my birthday. My cousin and I used Ubers back and forth off of the resort and was extremely safe. The staff is amazing and kind, they had amazing various night activities. This place is AMAZING!! Please go and enjoy!!

First time in Dreams CARTAGENA. Had triedthe one in Panama years ago which was better . Need to improve on quality of food also service . Even their specialty resturant “ portofiho” was less than average. Food quality specifically the meats are below average. Staff are nice but few of them speak english. Need more staff that understand basic level specially the security. Delayed entry more than once as we had to explain eventually in Spanish we learned that we are staying in the resort.
