The breakfast was fab, loved it. Well organised and fresh. The room wasn't the best. Stains on the unit as you walk in the door, no safe, no mini fridge, dusty lights, shutters missing parts, dirt under the beds. The beds are comfy but not the duvet or pillows. I woke both nights with the cold, checked the radiator, heating not on, took the duvet off the other bed and threw it over me as well. The pillows are sweaty, small and hard. I couldn't use them. No towel rail for hand towels at the sink so they kept falling off the toilet onto the toilet brush! Bath very high for me, nearly fell getting out of the shower. The tap on the sink doesn’t move out of the way when brushing my teeth and no shelves, just drawers for my toiletries.

Staff were lovely and so friendly, room had definite signs of not being cleaned we found fake eyelashes on bathroom counter top, crisps and plastic wrappers on carpet in bedroom. There was no complementary toiletries within the room. There was building work going on right across from our room and all down the hallway which started from 7.45am. it would have been beneficial to let us know in advance or place us somewhere else within hotel
