Beautiful relaxing stay!

Our stay was lovely we did have a fantastic time the hotel was beautiful and the pool was so lovely to relax in with a hot tub, steam room and sauna. We visited in December and the temperature of the pool was a little chilly but it was absolutely fine. We also only had one dinner which was in the restaurant, at the time of visiting there were renovations happening so it was the only restaurant available. I have a few allergies so the options were very limited but I managed to get something and it tasted amazing.

Poor value

Receptionist excellent got to our room early. Carpet tatty, very worn coming away from the edges. Entry to waterfront bar had to queue for 20 mins to get a drink as they were doing food, got cocktails one was undrinkable , alarm went off for 90 seconds at 04.04 for 90 seconds. Breakfast was excellent. Poor value overall.

Only shame about the stay was that i couldn't be around for longer. Only stayed one night, but completely faultless, rooms were lovely, with great beds and pillows. One of the best hotels I have stayed in from start to finish. From the staff to the room to the food and everything in between. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel whether it be for a couple, family or business.
