Staff was very friendly, couldn't be nicer, and the hotel and facilities themselves are 5 star. Only let down is the food..Breakfast was very cold on both morning's, and the food in the main bistro was very poor.. Food is the only thing that was below par. Everything else is excellent..

Room was nice and clean. Room was a little warm and no way to cool down as window only opened slightly. Otherwise nice stay and would return again
