Could be so much better with some Tweaks

This is a lovely hotel which could be so much better with 100 little tweaks, fixes I was unable to put anything else on my room tab, I think my account was opened and closed upon Checkin. That’s never happened me anywhere else in the world that I have stayed. Button on the Shower was broken Tap on the sink wasn’t fixed solid Shower control in the Spa didn’t work Need a Maintenance Person to do the tweaks and give the place a little TLC The staff were all amazing and friendly The Breakfasts could move up a notch, food excellent but felt very Butlins, Coffee in a pot was like dishwater, we found out that we could order nicer coffee though the bar. Kid control: Guests kids attending a Wedding were knocking on our bedroom door until about 10pm, slightly annoying, but other Guests might complain

This place was so luxurious. It was off the beaten path but such a wonderful surprise. You can walk around the property and feel like you’re in another time. Will be coming back.
