Reception area was lovely. Room was fine, no issues. We had 2 meals in the bar, both were very poor. Music was nice in the bar. I went to the thermal suite and had a treatment, while it was nice it was not worth the price of the trratment in comparison to other spas I have visited. I wouldn't be rushing back.

Very nice hotel and great staff

Really enjoyable stay and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Only comment would be the hotel bar food wasn’t great and was very overpriced.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean and lovely grounds. We had dinner at the restaurant where service was exceptional and food was great. Breakfast lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. We informed the hotel it was our wedding anniversary and they provided sweet treats in the room which was really thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Christmas getaway

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The service from the bar staff and particularly the girl that got our food order was excellent, she was so friendly and so helpful We stayed in a family room and really good size
