The rooms are nice with a beautiful view. Melissa at the reception was excellent and helpful. we requested an early check in two months in advance and we had the room by 4 p.m. waiting since 10 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel. the beach in front of the hotel is horrible and there are a lot of work on the beach.

The hotel is beautiful. The staf is very friendly, they treated us like family. There are many restaurants and shops near by. Easy and safe to walk around. The beach is right across from the hotel and 5 minutes from the walled city. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I can't wait to go back.

Pretty nice

The hotel is beautiful. Checkin was fairly quick. We were able to visit sky51 for free. It is pretty but can’t sit outside if you are not in a big group. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had to call for towels twice as there were none. My companion felt the sink was too low due to his height but was ok for me. Breakfast was good, but not hot:

This is definitely not a four-star experience. They made a big deal about including room service breakfast with the suite but it took over an hour to get ,was mediocre and they forgot the coffee. Room service did not answer. There was a mediocre “ free” minibar but it didn’t include coffee pods next to Nespresso machine. I was told by the desk to dial 9 , but they did not answer. This hotel might be suitable to a family with a lot of children looking to save money.

I absolutely loved this hotel! We were traveling as 3 females and had a really lovely time here. There is absolutely nothing about this hotel that’s not up to the highest standard. The breakfast, rooms, pool, housekeeping and staff are all excellent! We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip. Thank you!

Very good hotel, excellent location, amazing pool.

Overall it was a very good stay but it didn’t start well. After 24 hours travelling, arriving late at night, we didn’t have the best check in experience. The hotel had reached out the day before to ask for passport information to ensure a speedy check in, but we were behind 2 big groups who obviously hadn’t done this. Half an hour wasted waiting and then when we got to the room the sofa bed wasn’t ready for our children which meant another half an hour wait. I spoke to Miguel the next day who was very understanding and from then on our stay was excellent. The room was great, especially the balcony and the pool really is incredible. Food is pretty good and there is a wide selection at breakfast. Would stay here again.
