The stay was great. Hotel was beautiful. The in house restaurant was great. Loved how there were always cabs available. Around the corner is a super market and one blocks away is a mall. On the downside A couple of esthetic things that should be addressed such as broken glass panels in the pool area and on our balcony and various other balcony’s. They also were renovating the spa about 6 floors down and we heard the construction and power tools start at about 8am. They were also doing construction above us and again at 8am. I advised the front desk they “took note and said somebody would be in touch” never happened and 3 days go by with the same issue every morning.

The property is located directly across from the Bocagrande beach and is right next to a shopping center. You can literally walk to one of the restaurants called the Moreno. Everything about the property was amazing along with the 51st sky bar.

Love the property location, pool, roof top bar, clean rooms, etc. The only con was the service at the pool. They were not too attentive to the people at the pool. No one ever came asking if we wanted anything to drink. I had to flag them.

You may be able to hear music due to the pool DJ and the 51st floor club however the noise may be avoidable depending on the floor you are on. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well as the restaurant within the hotel. The staff was amazing! Very attentive, kind and helpful. Bring your own face cloths, locate a mart or store to replenish water as they'll only give you 2 complimentary bottle. I would definitely stay there again.
