I asked for a non-connecting room away from the elevator. I arrived early and was treated well. They said to come back when my designated room was cleaned anytime after 3. When I arrived back at 7, I was told that if I had come back at 3, I MIGHT have gotten my request. No one earlier told me that. I got a connecting room next to the elevator, with a screaming baby in the next room.

Great place for a quick stay

Our stay at this Hampton location had some great highlights but also a few drawbacks. The morning staff was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful in checking our luggage at the front desk without any hassle. However, the afternoon experience was quite different. The front desk staff seemed low-energy, and the woman who checked us in mumbled through the process, making it difficult to understand her instructions on retrieving our luggage later. On the plus side, the rooms were clean, modern, and everything was in good working order, which made for a comfortable stay. The included breakfast was another high point—well-stocked with plenty of options, and the kitchen staff was friendly and attentive. One issue we encountered was the elevators, which were frustratingly slow to arrive during busy hours, leading to some long waits. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with great amenities and morning service, but better consistency in guest service and a revamp of the elevators would make the experience even better.

Great location, good breakfast buffet, excellent shower pressure, and kind/helpful staff! Literally only negative was that sometimes you may have to wait quite a while for an elevator (particularly around check-in time in the afternoon).

Was not happy about our complain that we were loud since I been a travel with kids all the time never ever got a noice complain but last night sercurity came to our door and said we too loud when I’m just watching a basketball game on Tv with vol of 7-8 and the 2 kid are playing iPad game on thier own and I’m right there with thier normal voice somehow I got sercurity told us we too loud

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet at night in the room. Great location to everything. Sometimes had to wait a bit for the elevator but never excessively long, and the elevators themselves move very quickly.
