Wonderful service, huge room (2 bedroom suite) and the included breakfast and happy hour in the Regency club provided more than enough fresh and delicious food we had no need for lunches. I 100% recommend the Hyatt Regency Cartagena.

Room was in great condition. However the problem is with the food court. Service and food is horrible. Takes an act of God to get a lazy Colombian server to your table. And when they do serve you food it's cold. Please fire the manager. Teach them the American way of customer service.
