My stay at the Hyatt was nothing short of amazing. Every employee we encountered had excellent customer service, so friendly and so helpful. The common areas and the room were extremely clean, no complaints. The view from our ocean view room was phenomenal. The pool on the 14th floor was beautiful. Gorgeous views and the temperature of the water was perfect. It was our first vacation with our 7 month old baby and everything was perfect. The check-in staff gave him a toy, the bellman told us the nearest store to get diapers without me asking, the lifeguards and pool staff were so accommodating. The area is very nice and perfectly located. Everything in Bocagrande is close by and walkable, and a ride to the Centro Histórico is less than 10 minutes. Loved everything about our stay and looking forward to coming back!

Upon arriving to the hotel for check in, the receptionist offered what seemed to have been a great deal for a lowered price on their breakfast, amenity access and snack bar area. After further assessment and additional questioning, we discovered that this additional fee only covered breakfast and snack. We were encouraged to purchase the "club" benefit upgrade, but thus was no benefit to us. Breakfast was unfavorable and the snack bar only consisted of small snacks. Also, we refused room service twice Saturday afternoon and only requested our towels be replaced. After leaving to attend a wedding, we returned to find that housekeeping had entered the room while we were away and they left a baby crib inside our room. This was extremely shocking coming back to find inside our room. We almost assumed we had entered the wrong room. I spoke with the concierge who claimed they'd escalate the issue with housekeeping to corporate, however I've yet to receive the confirmation email they promised. We were also charged for items that were not removed from the snack bar inside the room. I would not recommend anyone stay at this overpriced hotel.

Very nice hotel. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. The room was excellent and amenities were great. I do however suggest that the breakfast on 30 be evaluated for more options such as omelettes and salmon similiar to what I experienced in the Bogota Hyatt. I would also suggest the coffee be upgraded that provides a more professional presentation

The hotel itself is excellent. My room was very clean and modern with decent space. I did not need the upgrade they asked about to a club room. The view of the sea was spectacular. The pool also has a terrific view and is very well maintained. My only complaint would be the lack of any shade. During the hot sunny days there is nowhere to escape to and some umbrellas are desperately needed. The staff at the pool bar are very friendly and provide excellent service. Special shout out to Kaitlyn and Daniel, who took such good care of me and all the guests at the pool bar. The breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced. I would’ve liked some more cold options. But again, the staff there were extremely friendly and professional. For dinner, the main restaurant is beautiful and has a good menu. Again the staff are friendly. Finally, the staff at the main reception were professional, friendly, and responsive.

The staff was incredible not allowing anyone in the hotel that wasn't supposed to be there. The room was very nice, the pool was incredible drinks were expensive i would not hang out in the hotel but I felt safe and comfortable.
