FINESTRINE is a large and impressive apartment. Its kitchen living room has a dining table that seats six. The double bedroom is very successful not only for its size (it is possible to add a single bed to the double bed) but also for the romantic atmosphere of its four windows with French doors that open to the outside. The French window of the second double bedroom also opens onto the private patio. Large bathroom with shower and double sink. Washing machine. Ideal apartment for two couples or a family of 4-5 people.

Free WIFI inside and outside. The connection is not suitable for streaming or heavy downloads, good for email and normal web browsing.
Independent air conditioning and seasonal LPG heating are on consumption and are not included in the rent.

The solarium station at the swimming pool with sunbeds and deckchairs is assigned at the beginning of the holiday to a single family or group and will always be used the same one for the booked period.

The Casale Refoli property is a total of 5 km from the town of Casole d'Elsa in the province of Siena - halfway between Florence and Siena - in practice it takes about 10 minutes to reach the town with restaurants, shops and all the main services.
The property is accessible via a dirt road of approximately 2.0 km. This country road is not recommended for sports cars or cars that are too low. On our web page you can see some of our guests' cars as an example.

Casale Refoli is an ancient Tuscan farm traceable in the papers (dated 1824) of the "Leopoldino Land Registry", with the name of Podere Cetinaglia.
Casale Refoli is located in the municipality of Casole d´Elsa in the province of Siena.
