Leider in die Jahre gekommen....

Pros: Sehr bemühtes, nettes Personal (vor allem der Barkeeper Antonio!!!!), gutes Frühstück.
Cons: Siehe oben.
Location: Die Gegend ist leider ziemlich heruntergekommen. Aber man ist schnell in der Altstadt.
Das war sicher mal ein tolles Hotel, leider ist es in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde kein Geld mehr hineingesteckt. Die Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, ABER: Die Möbel sind angeschlagen, die Vorhänge zum Teil zerrissen, im Bad wellt sich das Holz vor lauter Feuchtigkeit. Der Kühlschrank in der Minibar war kaputt, es sind nur tiefgefrorene Getränke drinnen gewesen. Das ist dem Zimmermädchen, das die Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt hat nicht einmal aufgefallen, also gab´s wieder Eisklötze. Außer mit Duftspray das Zimmer zu verpesten hat die leider eh nicht viel gemacht... Der Trainingsraum ist winzig und die Tür klemmt (geht nicht mehr richtig auf, da muss man sich durchzwängen). Fazit: Es wäre ein wirklich schönes Hotel wenn man Geld und etwas mehr Liebe hineinstecken würde.

Modernes Hotel an top Lage

Sehr schönes Hotel an einer super Lage. Supermarket gleich um die Ecke. Via Etna 2 Minuten entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Satelliten TV aber leider keine deutschen Sender. Sehr grosses Zimmer mit wunderschönen Stukkaturen an der Decke. Unbedingt Transfer im Hotel buchen kostet 25 Euro mit dem Taxi ca. 32 Euro. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Hotel und gutes Personal. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Romano House in Catania.

Design Hotel, Catania

Wir konnten in diesem Hotel nicht übernachten. Der Grund ist uns heute noch unklar. Wir wurden ohne Voranmeldung umgebucht und erst beim Eintreffen.
