Room was not set up properly to use since safety box wasn’t working and we called to get it fixed. Breakfast okay, also, towels, you have to ask for more. Gym equipment some were broken- no free weights. Check in check out was good. Overall, it as fair.

We arrived before the 2 hrs before the checkin time, and the staff did not let us wait in the lobby. After roaming in the mall and coming back at 1pm, which were asked to, the receptionist was trying to get us into a lower grade room. Reason? They don’t have that rooms available! Wait are you kidding me? We came in early on, made the bookings of our choice, waited for the check-in time and being told can’t be provided the room we booked? Ridiculous! After her trying to lie and scam us for a while, she finally gave us the room we had booked and already paid in full beforehand! Seriously, hire better liars!

Room was clean, show head broken, toilet seat broken. Outside our window was a 6 foot cement wall. My booking said breakfast was included. Lady at front desk said it wasn't. We've stayed there at least 25 times and we Always paid for breakfast. She told me it would cost us P450 each ! (Aprox $ 8.00 each). Aircon was fine.staff was friendly

Awesome environment to get the relaxation you need after a long flight. SM mall close with lots places to choose to eat and or shop. Bus station right across the street also. Great for getting to your destination.

Breakfast was always good! The elevator can get really hectic so time yourself if you are in a hurry. We were on the 15th floor and it was pretty cool to see the city!
